WARRANTY, REFURBISHING SERVICES, AND RETURNS
FOR ANY SERVICE:
Please contact our Customer Service team at 915-598-2668 to request a Return Authorization number (RA#), and to obtain approval before shipping any merchandise back, regardless of the reason. Refurbishing service currently has a turnaround time of 8-10 weeks (subject to change, depending on the season).
